Pint-size quarterbacks will have the opportunity to work with possible starting play-callers Searle Vincent and Andy Byers. Lineman will work with the younger line and soon. "Those kids look up to the high school kids, explained Park City High School assistant coach and football clinic director John Chynoweth According to Chynoweth, the camp is designed for all young people interested in football, whether they arc already singed up for Ute Conference little league play or just want to get a feel for the sport. The cost also makes the clinic affordable for youth from any economic background. For only $10 the child will receive two days of football instruction as well as a clinic T-shirt. Miners head coach Brandon Matich says that the focus will be on the basics and learning football technique. Chynoweth has the team running drills that are heavy on the fun factor. He offers relay races and tackling and blocking drills that end with the young players doing fun victory dances as just some of the entertaining activities. The purpose of the camp, in addition to teaching football skills, is to help the kids get excited about the football season and introduce them to the high school team and facilities. Valet Covered www.diamondparking.com WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SELL A HOME? The best home selling climate is when employment in the area is healthy and interest rates are low enough to make mortgage loans affordable. Summer is a particularly good time of year for selling. Pricing a home realistically is vitally important, regardless of what time of year it is placed on die market. Ask your real estate agent to tell you the selling price of nearby homes similar to yours and the average number of days on the market for your area. Your real estate agent can provide this data and help with your overall home sale plan. Strategic timing can sometimes produce the best price. Don't assume that a strong market will continue indefinitely. Periods of rapid home price growth are often followed by cycles of correction, so it might be better to take your profit now rather than continue to wait. It is advisable to consult a tax professional to be sure you qualify for the home sale tax exclusion. If your home has appreciated substantially, as most have in recent years, find out whether you meet the two-year test to ensure you can take up to $250,000 in exemptions if you're single, or 5500,000 if you're married.
