A veteran of World War II as a pilot in Flying Fortresses. Was also a successful commercial 1 artist. JOSEPH DAVID GAILEY Joseph David Gailey, age 62, of Bountiful died July 21, 1984 at Bountiful. born March 5, 1922 at son of Wallace and Utah, Layton, Ada Williams Gailey. He married Ruth Nelson April 9, 1942 in the Salt LakeLDS Temple. HE WAS Cor-bridg- e, HE WAS a graduate of the University of Utah in 1951 and the University of Missouri Dental School of Kansas City in 1955. He was a member of the National Dental Honor Society (OKU) and listed in Who's Who for top honors in Dental School. Funeral services were held Thursday, July 19 at 1 a.m. in the Kaysville 6th LDS Ward Chapel with Bishop Monte J. Brough officiating. Funeral was under direction of Lindquists Kaysville Mortuary. Flowers were cared for by granddaughters, np his Bishop and Mrs. Monte Brough and daughter Lynelle and his brother and wife Mr. and Mrs. Max Brough of Salt Lake City flew to Guatemala where they met Elder Joseph Brough, son of Bishop and Mrs. Monte Brough who was released from serving on his mission Guatemala. Elder Brough gave his mission report at his homecoming Sunday, in July 22 in the Kaysville 6th Ward. Mr. and Mrs. Monte Burnside and family attended the Blackham. Cousins reunion held in Provo Park on July 21. Dr. and Mrs. George F. Snell and family attended the Olpin Family reunion for two days held at Neola, Utah. IK Robert E. Wider Robert Eugene Wider, 31, of 41 E. 950 N., Layton, died Saturday, July 14, 1984 in an automobile accident that occurred near Evanston, Wyo. HE WAS born Dec. 14, 1952 in Alameda, Calif. , a son of Eugene J . and Joyce V. Keeble Wider. He had lived in California for 1 1 years and had lived in Layton since 1965. HE ATTENDED Layton High School. He had worked as a labor in the Snowville area. Surviving are his parents of Layton, one sister, Mrs. Bobby (Vicki M.) Mock of Salt Lake City er School teacher and had been active in drama production in the MIA. Surviving are two sons LaMar K. Williams, Syracuse and J.
