RamBeau, Phone 494 or 495 Fidelas Tea Attractive Event A smart social function of Monday Mon-day afternoon, was the annual autumn au-tumn tea of the Fidelas social unit of the B. Y. U. held at the home of Miss Leona Jackson. The 165 guests who called during dur-ing the afternoon were met at the door by the Misses Afton Anderson, Ander-son, Irma Acord and Emily Washburn. Wash-burn. They were assisted in receiving re-ceiving y the Misses Minnie Payne, Albert Mendenhall and Leah Nelson. Nel-son. The hall, reception and dining rooms were artistically arranged with huge baskets of autumn leaves and fall flowers. An elegant lace banquet cloth covered the long1 dining din-ing table, the centerpiece of which was a black bowl of marigolds. Black holders held orange tapers. Miss Betty Cutler presided in the dining room. Miss Virginia Chap-pel, Chap-pel, Miss Mary Brown and Miss Edna Ed-na Sorcnson 'poured. Beautiful music was furnished by a string trio, 'composed of the Misses Naomi Halladay, Marjorie and Mona Is-green. Is-green. Miss Edna Glover and Miss Mary McGregor sang solos and violin vio-lin numbers were played by Miss Ann Clayson. Included on the committee on arrangements ar-rangements were Miss Hannah Reynolds, Miss Thelma McKinnon, Miss Emily Madsen and Rhoda J. Young. ift if if Gaiety Club Party Delightful Mr. and Mrs. Mark Brown were hosts to members of the Gaiety cluta Saturday evening at their home. The entertaining rooms were bright with lovely autumn flowers. A delicious dinner was served, after aft-er which progressive rook was played. Mrs. Douglas Page received re-ceived the 5aigh score favor and the consolation prize went to Mrs. Andrew An-drew Peterson. U. gave an enjoyable social event at the residence of Miss Leona Gibbons Monday evening, for a number of guests. The Cesta Ties shield was the feature of the attractive decorative scheme, and large baskets of beautiful beau-tiful fall flowers were employed in the arrangement. Several delightful games were played and tasty refreshments fol-owed.
