Show Elizabeth Blair Celebrates 95th Birthday May 16 Wednesday, May 16, Elizabeth Jane Terry Blair celebrated her 95th birthday. A small family fam-ily dinner will celebrate the occasion. oc-casion. She is the mother of 10 children, grandmother of 25, great grandmother of 56 and great great grandmother of 1. She was born in Union, Utah, May 16, 1861, the daughter of Charles Alphonzo Terry and Sarah Lowana Hammond Terry. When she was 18 months old, her parents were called to settle St. George. It was there that she met and married Tarlton Michael Blair, May 16, 1881 in the St. George Temple. The Blairs made their home in St. George until 1921 when they moved to Salt Lake City. Her husband died in 1937. Elizabeth Blair regularly attends at-tends Sunday School, Sacrament Meeting and Relief Society Meeting, Meet-ing, walking two blocks each way. For her children, she has crocheted 4 table cloths, 3 bed spreads, 5 sacramental table covers, and hundreds of doilies. ciin hoc Vioom npt-ivp in r.hurch work since Stake Conference time in St. George in the spring of 1881. At that time Eliza R. Snow and Zina D. Young visited the communities in Southern Utah I and organized the Mutual Improvement Im-provement and Primary Associations. Associ-ations.
