Utah Children's Choir named Most Outstanding at festival The Utah Children's Choir (UCC) returned this week from a highly successful tour in Colorado. The choir participated in the Colorado Springs Heritage Festival on April 22 and 23. This is the second year the Utah Children's Choir has gone to this festival and competed. Last year, they attended the festival in Anaheim, Calif., and brought home a silver medallion and trophy with an excellent rating. At the Colorado Springs Heritage Festival, the Utah Children's Choir was given a gold award or Superior rating and won the trophy for the Most Outstanding Choral Group at the Festival.
