Show Saving Stamps-Bonds To Be Explained At Public Meet Feb. 5 D. Howe Moffat, Deputy Administrator, To Speak At High School On Importance Of Bond And Stamp Purchases D. Howe Moffat, deputy state administrator of defense saving stamps and bonds, will be in Spring-ville Spring-ville next Thursday, February 5, at a meeting in the high scnooi at t :ju p. m., to cns- cuss the merits of saving stamps and bonds and what the purchase of them means in safeguarding our liberty. Community and civic group . meetings are being postponed so that everyone in the community may hear the talk. The public is cordially invited. In connection with the progress made in our local community with the sale of stamps and bonds directed di-rected by a committee organized sometime ago to stimulate interest in the project, F. C. Packard, general gen-eral chairman, Wednesday announced an-nounced complete organization of several committees with others to be named later. The committees which have been completed follow, the first named being chairman: Payroll Allotment Ed Clyde, G. Lowry Anderson, J. W. Grant, C. V. Mendenhall. Schools Paul Walker, W. W.
