BRINGS BOARD BILL ACAINST RAILROAD A complaint has been filed in District court by A. G. Nelson against the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railway Rail-way company. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff plain-tiff entered into a contract with the railway company In June of last year by which he was to board certain employees em-ployees at a boarding-house at Black Rock, for which the company was to pay. The plaintiff alleges that the company com-pany has not kept its part . of the agreement and that there is now due and owing to him the turn of J2163.81, for which amount he asks Judgment.
