Nile Washburn and Miss Jeanne Coleman. They are sending the , following letter to all ward presidencies, which gives I the plans for the show. Ward Presidencies or Y. M. ana Y. L. M. I. A., Lehi Stake, Dear Friends; Through your co-operation we have been enabled to draw up tentative tent-ative plans for the annual Road Show. It is our desire that this activity be got under way as soon as convenient and necessary in order that all may We ready with acts of the same high caliber that has characterized the Road Shows in the past. Perhaps the most interesting feat ure of this year's program is the elimination of the contest feature and the judging. Some or your workers will doubtless object to this at first. But it seems to us that it shold not be difficult to convince I everyone that the Road Show hold to develop lasting qualities, culture, artistic ability, and the like, Let us make and earnestly endeavor to look above the experiment, and it may be a step ahead. Other details will be about as be fore. The acts should be origina so far as is possible. They will be fifteen minutes long, allowing each cast five minutes to get on the stage and an additional five minutes to get off and to the next ward. Transportation is the problem of each cast. Each ward group will open the night at the -ward next higher ,in number and travel in a clockwise direction, finishing at home. Fifth will begin at First. The production of a piece will be responsibility of the respective presidencies. pres-idencies. They may appoint whomever whom-ever they desire for the actual work. The dates for the performances will be about March 10 and 11. Further Fur-ther details can be worked out as they arise. We shall be glad to consider further fur-ther suggestions.
