Johnson of Spring City. Utah to use an existing spring development and pipeline located on the Manti-L- a Sal National Forest. The spring is referred to as the Lone Pine Spring, located in the NW14 NW14 SE14 of Section 2, T.16S., R.4E., Salt Lake Base and Meridian, approximately one and mile southeast of Spring City, Utah. The spring development consists of a small concrete headbox with an outlet pipe (1 12 inch diameter) crossing the National Forest for approximately 300 feet. The water will be used for domestic purposes, which was the original purpose of the development. A Special-Us- e Permit will be issued covering the operation and use of the existing spring development and that portion of the pipeline located on the National Forest. The permit confers no right to the use of the water by the permittee, but authorizes operation and use of physical improvements located on the National Forest. An interdisciplinary team reviewed the proposal. Alternatives reviewed were: 1) No Action. 2) Approve the application as submitted by the proponent. This decision is not subject to appeal in accordance with 36 CFR 215. (a)(4). Implementation may take place one-ha- lf immediately. For further information contact Don L.
