Bear River High Iron e School Earns Gitation BLOCK SALT For her remarkable work in the Sixth War Loan drice, Bear River high school recently received a citation from the United States Government, signed by Henry Jr., Secretary of Treasury and Charles L. Smith, state chairman of the War Finance Committee. This citation contained the following quotation: "For patriotic cooperaion rendered in behalf of the War Finance program, this citation is awarded to Bear River high school." Bear River's quota was set at $12,000, but the total amount pur chased in stamps and bonds reached $24,060, or more than double the desired goal The large amount was subscrib ed for and the coveted citation earned entirely by efforts of the students of Bear River.
