Major Richard Gilchrist Addresses Jaycees Major Richard Gilchrist, Lehl, recently returned from duty in the Pacific theater of operations, was the guest speaker at the dinner din-ner meeting of the Junior Chamber Cham-ber of Commerce and their wives at the Alpine Villa Grill Thursday Thurs-day evening.
