Show Leaving the Territory- Yesterday afternoon Mr. Orson H. liroo, son to Alderman Isaac Groo, of this city, left lor Oregon and Washington Wash-ington Territory, ci San Francisco. Mr. Groo goes with tho intention of locating permanently in the enterprising enterpris-ing and fitst-growing Stale or Territory above, where ho will probably engage in agricultural and stockraising pur-1 suits. He proposes spending soaie timo in examining the country and if a suitable place is found a number of , his youns friends will follow next Spring. , Mr. Groo is an active young gentleman, of promise, and one who starts out in tho world with tho will i and ability to achieve success; and while wo regret that the Territory should lose what it can ill-aUord to spare live young men we wish such, who lake up their residences elsewhere, success; and cheerfully commend them to the consideration of the communities whero -they may locate.
