' Fisher : pleaded not guilty, and his preliminary hearing was set for Mar2. His bail was set at 1300. ? v " Fisher is alleged to have entered the Hotel bar, 42 East Second South- street, early In the morning of May 18. Fisher was arrested on suspicion by . Patrolman Patrol-man Thomas Simpson. In his possession posses-sion was a large pocketknlfe, one blade of which was broken. An attempt had been made to pry the cash drawer open, and a broken knife blade was found In the drawer. ; The end of the blade found in the drawer-Is said to fit the stump of the blade of Fisher's knife. - |
