Parents of the bride arc Mr. and Mrs. William C. Her-man of Bartonville, Illinois. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs: Herbert Worth-en. A reception was held in the Westminister Presbyter-ian Fellowship- Hall. The bride is a graduate of Princeville Comm. High School and Methodist Hospital School of Nursing. Mr. Worthen attended Panguitch High School and Dixie College. After a honeymoon at -Yellowstone Park the newlyweds are making their home at Logan. Torla Henrie left Wednesday for Hawaii where she will attend college. The Doug Jensens and three children of Cedar City have bought and moved into the Chester Henrie home. Mrs. Jensen is a sister of Flora Bardwell. Mr. and Mrs. Peter LeFevre and son Morris made a trip to Canada to attend funeral services for her brother Harold Wood at Taber, Alberta. On their way home they visited Mrs. LeFevre's sister Mrs Del Stevenson at Belllngham, Washington and her brother Angus Wood who lives near Vancouver in British Columbia. Visiting the Blaine E. Se-vys last week were Mr. and Mrs. Ervln Millen from St. George, Mr. and Mrs. T. P. Lennemamn of Wilsall, Montana, the Wm D. Adams family of Henderson, Nevada and Mr. and Mrs. J. Nolan Stokes of Cedar City. Mrs. Edwin Talbot went up to Salt Lake to be with her daughter-ln'Iay Mrs. Ray Talbot who Is to undergo ma-jjor surgery. Dale Woodard and son Larry came down from Magna on Sept. 3rd to help his mother Mrs. Amelia Woodard celebrate her birthday; Dale was accompanied by Mrs. Wood-ard's sister Edna Hales from Echo, they returned home the next day. Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Johnson of Ely spent a week with the Don Ortons and Donna Johnson. |
