When ready for serving, roll each one in pulverized macaroons, and pour over them a hot chocolate sauce, made by melting the quantity of chocolate requisite for the number of guests, to which sugar to tnstc has been added-, and sufficient rich cream, being particular that it may not be thinned too much.
