This year's Legislative Day kicked off with a tour of the Capitol, an overview of the Legislative Leg-islative process and an explanation explana-tion oil lobbying. During the 1999 Legislative session, the ProvoOrem Chamber Cham-ber has taken stands on several issues and received support for their lobbying efforts from the Utah County Legislators. For an issue to be supported or opposed by the ProvoOrem Chamber, it has to first be reviewed and voted on by the Chamber's Government Govern-ment Review Council. The GRC's recommendation is brought before the Chamber Board for a vote before an actual stand is taken.
