Scheldner of Ctah Woolen social ills WHEREAS The World Conference on Narcotic Education has called for a week to be observed throughout the world as Narcotic Education Week, the last week in February of each year, and has requested the cooperation of all individuals and organizations, including Governments, NOW THEREFORE, I, I.
