Show . C, ,.-lF,E D. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Higham are visiting at Brandt, Alberta, Canada, their daughter, Mrs. Tulley Parker. Mesdames E. H. and John S. Bards-ley Bards-ley were over at Scipio visiting relatives rela-tives Tuesday. Two brothers of the former have been drafted for the army, Messrs. Alfred and Winfred Fjeld-stead Fjeld-stead and Soren Anderson, with their families besides Miss Minerva Jensen clerk of the Fjeldsted store, and several sev-eral others left Thursday for an outing out-ing at b'iaij iuke. The school at Clarion is ordered discontinued dis-continued and accordingly the school children there will be hauled in to the school either at Gunnison or Centerfield. Cen-terfield. A number of the people concerned held a meeting last Saturday Satur-day with a view of protesting against the change make by the school board.
