little three year old boy the son of mr W 0 yerger was thrown from a cart on twenty fourth street during a runaway and was picked up apparently the accident occurred as follows alie father had left the little fellow in the cart on lower twenty the horse being tied to a hitching post while be ft as absent the boy took up the lines and in pulling them finally caused the horse to back up so paid for all he got tho detective lias followed him over since alie robbery occurred and appears to be satisfied that his man is alio one he was booling tor although he thinks lie was more of a tool
