The City Council of Springville ordains as follows : Section 1. That Section 73 of Chapter XL of the Revised Ordinances Ordi-nances of Springville, as amended by an ordinance passed by the City Council of Springville, Utah, on the 13th day of Septembter, 1920, amending an ordinance passed by said City Council on the 30th day I of June, 1920, be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 73. Meetings and Quorum. The City Council shall be composed of the mayor and five councilmeir, elected as provided by law. It shall hold stated meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at the city hall, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p. m., and adjourned meetings meet-ings may be held from time to time as circumstances may require.
