Around The Neighborhood Louise and James Spencer are happily announcing the arrival of their third child. They will be naming the young man Vincent Spencer. Vincent was born at the in Lakeview Hospital Bountiful April 3 at 8:36 p m. He weighed 7 pounds and 15 ounces and measured 20'2 inches in length. He has dark hair and blue eyes. Two of the Spencer Helpline Names Specialist Ronald Wheadon, former director of the University of Utahs Helpline, has been named Information Specialist at the Information Center. His appointment was announced Tuesday by Rita Inoway, Information Center Director. Mr. Wheadon will take phone calls from persons in Salt Lake County who have problems or need information, and are not sure where to turn for hlep. He Childrens grand parents reside in California. Linda and Melvin Salisbury are waiting anxiously for their new daughter Linda Kay to improve enough from her 4 pound 4 ounce birth weight to come home to be introduced to her brothers and sisters. A sheer silk illusion veil held by a juliet cap trailed behind the bride. To complete her attire the new Mrs. Schiele carried a white Bible covered with white daisies and baby breath. Sister of the bride Derinda Kay Ulmen, was chosen to be matron-of-honoThree year old twins Carol and Susan Edwards were the flower girls. All wore light blue floor length gowns. Mrs. Ulmen carried a bouquet of carnations and baby breath with daisies. Beth Welty attended to the gift book duties. Mothers of the bride and groom wore blue floor length gowns adorned with white orchids. Hosting a bridal shower for the former Miss Riddle was Terrie Welty.
