Louisville is rapidly filling up with refugees from points further south, as was the case also last year. Everything, this morning, is quiet bere. The sick members of Judge Ray's family fcre progressing favorably. No spread of the disease is anticipated. It Sb estimated that fully 5,000 people departed from the city yesterday. The midnight trains of the Louisville and Memphis and Charleston railroads, last night, were crowded to suffocation. Both roads sent out double trains and yet were uuable lo accommodate many who were compelled to remain over till today. The Little Rock Railroad sends out its last train at noon, the authorities of that city having notified noti-fied tbe railroad officials that quarantine quaran-tine would be established on all trains leaving Memphis after that hour. Galveston, 11. The board of health, last evening, declared quarantine quaran-tine against Memphis Freight from that city is not allowed to enter the city. Passengers are admitted only after the expiration of twenty days Irom the date of their departure. It also passed a resolution that after to-day all vessels coming from healthy ports, oulBide of the tropics will be forbidden to touch at Key West. Washington, 11. Up to 3 p.m. today, to-day, but one death from yellow fever had been reported to the national board of health, and that one being at Water Valley, Miss.
