Clark He and his wife are the parents of three children.Julie. Diane and Cameron. David E. Clark. 30. of Albany, Ore., was awarded the Albany 1979 Distinguished Service Award at a banquet sponsored by the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce and the Jaycees. The award was presented to Mr. Clark on Feb. MR. CLARK says of his experience with the kidney disease and the kidney dialysis machine.
