Show THURSDAY, i THE AMERICAN FORK CITIZEN PAGE TEN Jaycees Keep Film Record of Year's Achievements At the regular weekly meeting of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, Com-merce, Stanford Dahl, president of the group, circulated committee commit-tee selection sheets. Permanent committee assignments will be made in the near future after the choices of each individual have been tabulated. As a special feature of the meeting, films covering the activities ac-tivities of the club were shown to the group. They voted to purchase pur-chase film for the purpose of keeping a photographic record of the club during the year. Mr. Dahl announced that dele gates to the state JayCee convention con-vention which is to be held Friday, Fri-day, Saturday and Sunday at Ogden, would be elected at the regular Thursday night meeting. Add (lowly I c milk V c vinegar 5. Mix well. Cook over hot water until mixture thickena, stirring constantly. . Add 2 tb. melted butter 7. Add softened gelatin, stirring until dissolved. dis-solved. 8. Add and chill, stirring occasionally 1 c. flaked salmon (preferably fresh salmon, baked) 9. When thick, fold in e. heavy cream 10. Turn into mold. Chill until firm. Serve with Cucumber Sauce. CUCUMBER SAUCE 1. Combine c. mayonnaise 14 t. horseradish ' V t. salt t. paprika 1 tb. lemon iuice c. cream, whipped cucumber, peeled and diced 2. Fold !n 3. Add ASSORTED RELISHES Include widish roses, olives. GRADUATION IS A HABIT WITH THE NELSONS Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Nelson have formed a habit of attending graduation grad-uation exercises in which their sons participate. This year their youngest son, Bob, is graduating from the American Fork high school and their middle son, James B. is graduating from the college of education at the Brig ham Young university. The oldest son, Ray C, grad uated from the BYU with a bach elor of science degree in 1941 before be-fore he entered the United- States army. The second son Wilford O. who also served in the armed forces, graduated from the USAC in 1948 in Forestry and Wild Life. Glen, next to the youngest, is now completing his junior year at the USAC so the Nelson's will be at another graduation exercise next spring. Clubs and Socials Westminster Adult Fellowship Ray King, Salt Lake City, will address the Westminster Adult Fellowship at the Presbyterian Community church tonight (Thursday) at 8 o'clock.
