High School Girls Enter Meat Contest For purposes of the contest, the States is divided into four districts. In each of these districts a champion is selected, and from these four district champions is chosen the national champion. The national championship was won last year by Miss Ruth Cullen, of the La Grande, Ore., high school. Awards are allotted so that girls In every state will be among the winners, and the local girls feel they have an excellent chance of carrying off a scholarship or some of the cash prizes.
