CORY P. KENNAH whose birthday was Sept. 22. Exchange Vows The Salt Lake LDS Temple was the setting for the marriage of Sherrie Rosanne Barton and Cory Parker Ken-naThe marriage was MRS. RACHEL ROUSCH WATTS Wed In Temple Miss Rachel Rausch recited marriage vows with Stephen Ronald Watts during a ceremony performed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Sept. 14, 1979. Elder Dean L. Larsen officiated. THE BRIDE is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Rausch of 1579 South 10th West, Salt Lake City. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Ronald Watts, 223 East Mutton Hollow Road, Kaysville. Following the rites the young couple was honored at a wedding breakfast at the Lion House in Salt Lake City hosted by the grooms parents. That evening they received guests at a reception at the Cannon LDS Ward Chapel' in Salt Lake City. FOR HER wedding, thebride was attired in a floor-lengt- h gown of crepe backed with satin, the empire bodice was covered with a delicate lace and styled with a Queen Anne neckline. The bishop sleeves were gathered to a fitted extendwristband. The ed into a softly draped train. The fingertip veil of lace fell softly from the headpiece. Her bouquet consisted of peach and yellow roses, daisies and miniature mums, with long streamers in shades of peach and yellow satin and lace ribbon. MNDY CAPSON, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Sherrie Watts, Karen Watts and Kathy Watts, sisters of the groom. They wore floor-lengtgowns of crepe with peach colored background and white h floral pattern. They were styled with an skirt, fitted bodice, Queen Anne necklines and puffed sleeves. They each held a single yellow rose bud with peach tipping and baby breath. solemnized on Sept. 28, with Elder Benjamin Bowering, former pres, of the Los Angeles Temple, officiating. A WEDDING breakfast, given by the grooms parents, Lt. Col. and Mrs. Richard B. Kennah of Fairborn, Ohio, was held at the Lion House following the ceremony. A reception followed that evening at the White House in Ogden. This was given by the brides parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Barton. THE BRIDES gown was fashioned of silk chiffon over taffeta. The Queen Anne neckline, on the empire bodice, was accented with silk Venetian lace trim, encrusted with pearl beading. The bishop sleeves were gathered to a fitted wrist band accented with Venetian silk trim. The hemline was flounced with a double circular ruffle aproning in the back to a bow at the waistline. Her attendants included Miss Jalaire Barton, maid of honor; bridesmaids were Miss Suzanne Rogers, Mrs. Gordon Nielson, Mrs. Chad Drecksel and Mrs. Miles Jacoby. April Dawn Davis and Pollyanna Davis were flower girls. ROY PARKER served as best man. Ushers were Chad Barton, K.C. Barton and Bob Law. Prenuptial parties were given by friends of the bride. SOUTH OGDEN will be home to the new Mr. and Mrs. Kennah following their wedding trip to Snowbird. MISS LYNETTE Gygi attended the guest book. Brad Beck performed the duties of best man. Prenuptial parties were given by Mrs. Rose Sorenson, grandmother of the bride, and Lynette Gygi. They were also honored at a dinner hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Truman Carver spent two days on a business trip to Parowan last week. En route home they visited at the Manti LDS Temple and enjoyed the autumn colors through Cedar Breaks National Park. Mr. and Mrs. Reid Daniels entertained in honor of Mrs. Bengert from Oberhausen, West Germany. Guests included friends of their son Dalian; Miss Lori Stevens, Vaughn Jacobsen and friend, of Ogden and Miss Karin Schmidt from Gelsen Kirchen, West Germany. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Dills of Caliente, Nev. were Sunday visitors of their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Clay. Mrs. Kathy Cook of Vacaville, Calif, spent a week with her parents Mr. and Barben left Friday for Dallas, Tex. where she will be confined to the hospital there for major surgery. Bishop and Mrs. James Taa of California are houseguests of her sister Mr. and Mrs. family members. THE BRIDE is a graduate of South High School and the groom is a graduate of Davis High School and is attending the University of Utah. He has fulfilled an LDS mission to the Taiwan Paipei Mission. Following a honeymoon trip to Southern California the couple will make their home in Salt Lake City-- . Dale Allen. They are also visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Stanley C. Webster and family. On Thursday evening they held a family outing at the Kaysville Park for 15 guests. Professor and Mrs. Wilford Tolman and three children Kent, Susan and Steven of Provo were Sunday visitors of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Linn Sandall. Mrs. Mary Timothy was a weekend guest in Salt Lake City of Mrs. Norma Humphreys. On Saturday evening they attended their Celebrates 80th Ida.; Wendell Neville, Las Vegas, Nev.; Donald Neville, Kaysville; Mrs. Virginia N. Green, Layton and Mrs. Wilma N. Fowers, Hooper. Mrs. Neville is a member of the Camp Hollyhock Daughters of Pioneers and is an active member of the LDS Layton Second Ward. Mrs. Timothy and Mrs. Humphreys were mission companions in Pennsylvania. David and Deon Jones of North Farmington are making their home in Greece for the next three years. Mr. Jones has been there the past few months with Lockheed Corp. and Mrs. Jones left Sunday for Greece to join him. Miss Jane Rutledge of Monument, Colo, arrived Sunday and spent a few days with her mother, Mrs. Ida Rutledge. Mr. and Mrs. Hod Sanders of Kaysville and her sister Mrs. Ruth Bailey of Salt Lake City have returned from a few days at Bloomington, Utah. Mrs. Sarah Giles entertained at a family birthday dinner at her home last week in honor of her daughter-in-law- , Mrs. Sharon Giles of Taylorsville, wife of Jerry Giles. Other members of the family attending were Mr. and Mrs. Gene Giles of Kaysville; Mr. and Mrs. Roy Welty of North Salt Lake and their families. Bishop and Mrs. Maurice Lee received word from their son Elder Gary Lee that he has received his visa and was able leave Monday for to Hermisillo, Mexico to serve the remainder of his mission for the LDS Church. Elder Lee has been laboring in California awaiting his 'visa. Jonathan Wannberg, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wannberg has been seriously ill at the Primary Childrens Hospital, but is now at home and reported to be doing well. Mrs. Jo Park returned home Wednesday from the Davis North Medical Center where she was confined and underwent major surgery. Kaysville Births Its a daughter for Mr. and Mrs. Paul Brophy of 399 North 950 East, Kaysville. The baby arrived on Aug. 3 at the Holy Cross Hospital and weighed 7 lbs. 3 oz. She was named Erin Dawn. At home is Kelli, Landon, Jason, Sean and Chad. Mrs. Brophy Was the former Sherry Stewart of Salt Lake City. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Merle Stewart and Mr. and Mrs. Edward A. Brophy of Salt Lake City. A greatgrandmother is Mrs. Bertha Mayo of Mesa, Ariz. Excited over the arrival of their first children, twin daughters, are Mr. and Mrs. Barry Williams of Kaysville. The twins arrived on Sept. 20 at the Cottonwood Hospital but are now at the McKay Hospital in Ogden and reported to be doing well. Amanda weighed 3 lbs. 5 oz. and Catherine weighed 3 lbs. 15 oz. The new mother will be remembered as the former Jenmne Flinders of Roy. Grandparents are Dr. and Mrs. Arley Flinders, Orem and Mr. and Mrs. K.D. Williams of Logan. Greatgrandmother is Mrs. Mary Williams of Provo. Boasting over an arrival of a son are Mr. and Mrs. Jay Schelin of 891 East 400 South, Kaysville. The 8 lbs. 14 oz. lad arrived on Sept. 27 at the Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, Ida. He will be named Eric J. At home are three sisters to welcome the new brother, Ramona, Kristina and Michelle. Mrs. Schelin was the former Susan Passey of Rexburg. Grandparents are Dr. and Mrs. Blame H. Passey, Rexburg, Ida. and Mrs. Mary L. Scheiin, Pavson. Mr. and Mrs. James Oldham, 1072 Oxford Drive, Kaysville, are welcoming a new daughter, Marianne, who was bom to them on Sept. 14, in the Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful. She weighed 7 lbs. 14 oz. and is their sixth child. At home to welcome her are J.D., Laura Lyn, Jacob, Jonathan and Jeremy. Mrs. Oldham was the former Carolyn Hill of Bountiful. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. James Dean Hill and Mr. and Mrs. John B. Oldham all of Bountiful. Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Hill and Mr. and Mrs. John Burtensaw all of Idaho are the Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Barton received word of the arrival of a granddaughter bom Oct. 2 to Mr. and Mrs. Mark Barton, Clearfield. The new addition arrived in the McKay-De- e Hospital and weighed 7 lbs. 12 oz. She will be named Jennifer. At home is a little brother Todd who welcomes a playmate. Mrs. Barton was the former Vickie Bauerle of Roy. NEVILLE was born in Bountiful on Oct. 14, 1899, the daughter of David and Elija Ditman Call, and was a granddaughter of Anson Call an early pioneer colonizer of Utah and Idaho. She spent her early years in Bountiful, but Layton has been her home .since 1924. She was married to John Edward Neville on Mar. 20, 1920 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They lived in Aberdeen, Ida. for the first four years after their marriage. Mr. Neville died Feb. 23, 1963. They were the parents of five children. THE CHILDREN are: Mar-- , vin C. Neville, Pocatello, U.S. Air Force First Lieu- tenant Robert M. Arnold, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Earle Arnold of 480 South 500 West, Bountiful, has been certified as a missile combat crew commander at Francis E. Warren AFB. LT. ARNOLD a missile launch officer, was recommended for upgrading by his wing commander after meet- ing stringent training and evaluation requirements. The lieutenant received a bachelors degree in 1976 from Brigham Young University, in Provo. He was commissioned in 1977 through the Air Force ROTC program. HIS WIFE, Rebecca, is the of Mr. and Mrs. Donald C. Parrish of 399 South 1465 East, Fruit daughter Heights. MRS. DENNIS P. SHRIYER Repeat V ows Announcement is made by Mr. and Mrs. DeLoy U. THE LAYTON Utah Stake Center was the scene of the ceremony on Oct. 5, with a reception afterward at the Layton Stake Center. Bishop Douglas L. Comaby officiated at the rites. The groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Paul Shriver of Morocco, Ind. AN ELEGANT gown of chiffon over satinique with a fitted bodice and flared skirt, was chosen by the bride, with a gathered capelet collar at the scooped neckline. A self-ti- e belt crisscrossed in front to form a cummerbund effect. Her fingertip veil which fell from a crown of lace flowers and seed pearls was trimmed with matching lace to that of the dress. IN THE bridal line were Risa Weber as maid of honor; Norma Jean Fackrell, Laurel Warner, Ann Flinders and Kathy Ottley served as bridesmaids. Little Miss Shannon Flinders was the flower girl. Phil Lomas was best man with Jay Ottley as usher. Dee Ottley was the ring bearer. AFTER A brief wedding trip, home to the newlyweds will be Clearfield.
