Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, November 10, 1915. Notice is hereby given that Mrs. Clarice E. Kershaw, whose post office of-fice address is American Fork, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended amend-ed by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate one and one-half (1) cubic-feet of water per second from Birch Creek and Birch Creek Springs, Duchesne Du-chesne County, Utah. One (1) cubic-foot cubic-foot per second of said water will bo diverted from Birch Creek, at a point which bears . north 85 degrees. 18 minutes west 1,292 feet from rhe southeast corner of the southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 2 south, Range 8 west, Uintah base and meridian, and one-half ( ) cubic-foot per second of said water will be diverted from Birch Creek Springs, at a point which bears south 8l" degrees de-grees 34 minutes west 1,738 feet from the southeast corner of, the nouthwest quarter of said Section 18. The water will be conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 4,000 feet and there used from April 1 to October 10, inclusive, of each year, to Irrigate 18J5.64 acres of land embraced in Section 19, Township 2 south, Range 8 west, Uintah base and meridian. This application is designated des-ignated in the State Engineer's office of-fice as No. 6406. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
