S. Mineral Monument No. 6 bears north 48 degrees 12 minutes min-utes west l,049.5feet distant, thence south 1 degree 40 minutes west 575.5 feet to post No. 3, thence north 50 degrees 30 minutes east 358.7 feet to post No. 4, thence north 1 degree 40 minutes min-utes east 575.5 feet to post No. 1, the place of J beginning of exterior bounds: the area claimed being 3.567 acres.
