Mitchener, whose, ' postoffice address is Stockton, Tooele county, i Utah Territory, has made application for a j United States Patent for the Boston No. a ; Lode mining claim, situate in Rush Valley Mining Min-ing District, Tooele county, Utah Territory, consisting of 810 linear feetof the lode, and surface sur-face ground 200 feet wide, being Lot No. 82. and described in the field notes and plat of the official survey on file in this office, with mae- netic variation at 17 degrees east, as follows: fol-lows: Commencing at coiner post No. 1 of the Boston No. 2 claim, running N 17 degrees E 200 feet to post No. 2; thence N 73 degrees W 810 feet to Post No. 3; thence S 17 degrees W I 200 feet to Post No. 4; thence S 73 degrees E 810 feet to Post No. 1 of the exterior boundary ' lines of the surface ground of this claim, containing con-taining an area of 3.185 acres, after excluding t therefrom the areas in conflict with Lot 53, the ' Quandary claim, 0.301 acres, and Lot 54, the j Katherine claim, 0.233 acres.
