During the first hour the market was very active and generally gener-ally feverish and weak, the declines in Northern North-ern Pacific preferred amounting to 1, Jersey Jer-sey Central 2tf, and Lake Shore V. The decline was checked shortly before the end ofthe first hour, and at 11 o'clock the market mar-ket is firm and a little above the lowest figures fig-ures of the morning. New Yobk, November 20.
