Foreigners are not allowed al-lowed to- leave. The British expeditionary force under General Pendergast will cross the frontier of Burmah on next Sunday. Sun-day. A - flotilla is now ready, and comprises forty-five steamers, flats and floating batteries, the latter being fitted out from six of the largest barges. (Each of the floating batteries carries two sixty-pounder sixty-pounder howitzers, and are attended by armed - launches.)
