Show Application for Patent. INotice No. 1346.1 United States Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, October 15, 1S85. NOTICE 18 HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Honerine Mining Company, by its legally authorized agent, Charles E. Mitchener. whose postoffice address is Stockton, Tooele county, Utah, has made application for a United States Patent for the Governor Murray mining claim, situate in Rush Valley Mining District, Tooele county, Utah Territory, consisting of 1.200 linear feet of the lode, and surface ground 200 feet wide, being Lot No. 80, and described in the field notes and plat of the official survey ou file in this office, with magnetic variation at 1 17 degrees east, as follows: Commenc-, Commenc-, ing at the discovery point of this claim, and running thence N 73 degrees W 100 feet to cor-1 cor-1 ner Post No. 1; thence S 73 degrees E 200 feet to I Post No. 2; thence N 17 degrees E 1,200 feet to Post No. 3; thence N 73 degrees W 200 feet to Post No. 4; thence S 17 degrees W 1,200 feet to Post No. 1 of the exterior boundary lines of the surface ground of the said claim, containing an area of 4.567 acres, after excluding therefrom the area in conflict with Lot 63 A, the Great Basin claim, 0.942 acres, and including the conflict con-flict with Lot 79, the Rambler mining claim, 0.92 acres, for which conflict there is now a suit pending in a Court of competent jurisdiction , and subject to the issue of said suit. From the discovery point U. S. M. M. No. 3 bears S 49 , degrees 8 minutes W 1.09254 feet distant. The said mining claim beiugof record In the office of the Recorder of said mining district, at Stockton, in Tooele County, Utah, The nearest near-est known locations being tbe Great Basin, Honerine and Rambler mining claims. I direct that this notice be published in the Salt Lake Evening Democrat, the newspaper published nearest the said mining claim, for ! the period of sixty days. H.
