Show ENGLISH LAND ROBBERS. A Letter of Lonit Kiel's That Accuses Ac-cuses the United states of Standing. Stand-ing. In With Them. NewYobk, November 18. The IrishWorld in its next issue will publish a long letter from Louis Kiel, under dat6 of Batouche, May 6th last. The editor prefaces it by saying say-ing that it reached him May 18th. Kiel was then a prisoner, and its publication was withheld lest it should prejudice Kiel's case. It contains nothing new, being devoted to a repetition of the oft-told tale of . THE HALF-BBEEDS' WBOHGS, And to the denunciation of England and Englishmen. He accuses them of land robberies rob-beries in the Northwest; in Ireland, Soot-land, Soot-land, India, Australia and the Islands of the Indian Ocean. : Even the United States, he says, has permitted them to reconquer without with-out protest by ocoupancy for cattle grazing enough to make several large States, and he charges President Cleveland and Secretary Bayard with putting the United States in the position of an ally of England in putting put-ting down the Northwest rebellion by allowing allow-ing British soldiers and ammunition to pass over American railroads and . permitting Federal soldiers to teach the "Queen's Own" the use of gatling guns. |
