' VTOTICE 13 HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE i.1 Honerine Mining Company, by ita legally authorized agent, Charles E. Mitchener. whose postoffice address is Stockton, Tooele county, Utah, has made application for a United States Patent for the Governor Murray mining claim, situate in Rush Valley Mining District, Tooele ' 1 county, Utah Territory, consisting of 1.200 linear feet of the lode, and surface ground 200 feet ! wide, being Lot No. 80, and described in the field notes and plat of the official survey on file in this office, with magnetic variation at 17 degrees east, as follows: Commenc- i ing at the discovery point of this claim, and , : running thence N 73 degrees W 100 feet to cor- ' ner Post No. 1; thence S 73 degrees E 200 feet to Post No. 2; thence N 17 degrees E 1,200 feet to Post No. 3; thence N 73 degrees W200 feet to Post No. 4; thence S 17 degrees W 1,200 feet to Post No. 1 of the exterior boundary lines of the surface ground of the said claim, containing an , : j area of 4.567 acres, after excluding therefrom the area in conflict with Lot 63 A, the Great : .
