Show possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, the following described property at 1169 North 150 East, in the City of Layton, County of Davis, State of Utah: All of Lot 75, FORT LANE SUBDIVISION NO. 2, a subdivision subdivi-sion of part of Section Sec-tion 16, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, according to the official plat thereof, for the purpose of paying obligations secured se-cured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any , under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
