Show AFFIDAVIT C. E. Pearce. being first duly sworn, deposes and says that he is co-owner of Western Food Brokers, Inc., located and doing business in 368 West 1st South, Salt Lake City, Utah; that the said C. E. Pearce is the exclusive exclu-sive owner of the trade name, mar(k andor device described herein, and is in use by him in the business of frozen food. He claims said trade name, mark andor device is the same under which goods or merchandise merchan-dise are manufactured, prepared, pre-pared, handled, sold or distributed distrib-uted by him. C. E.
