Queen Race Lures 17 To date 17 hopeful beauties have entered the "Miss Sugar House" contest and according to Richard James, contest chairman, "Miss Sugar House of 1953" will be the recipient of more than $300 worth of prizes, he said. Five contestants will be chosen this year with two princesses from the 12-15 year age group. Applicants Appli-cants will be judged on charm, personality, per-sonality, poise and beauty of face and figure. Application blanks for entrance may be obtained at the Sugar House chamber of commerce, 2007 MicClelland St. Deadline for entries in both queen and princess contests is Tuesday, Tues-day, June 16 at 6 p. m. Preliminary judging will be held ' that evening with the final to be at the Villa Theater, June 18. Winners will reign over Sugar House events during 1953-54, Mr. James explained.
