Show ST. ANN'S LADIES INSTALL HEADS October meeting of the Ladies of St. Ann's got under way this week with the installation of officers. Past president, Mrs. S. A. Fras-er, Fras-er, opened the meeting and then handed her gavel to the newly elected Mrs. Jerry Wood, who presided. pre-sided. Mrs. Lewis Gillett formally accepted ac-cepted her office of secretary, after the outgoing secretary, Mrs. Chas. A. Madigan read the minutes of the election meeting. Other officers installed were Mrs. Paul McGill, vice president, and Mrs. David Davis, who was reelected re-elected treasurer. The outgoing vice president is Mrs. Beth Spell. Rev. Thomas J. Kaiser addressed the ladies, thanking them for their cooperation and commending them for their many achievements in this first year of the organization of Ladies of St. Ann's. He presented each of the outgoing out-going officers with lovely gifts in appreciation for their efforts. The Ladies of St. Ann's also have reason to be grateful to Fr. Fraiser. Since getting them organized at a tea a year ago, many freindships and pleasant associations have been formed. Appointment of committee chairmen chair-men was part of the business of the evening. Mrs. E. J. Hamilton will head the membership committee, com-mittee, and Mrs. Rudolph Polan-shek Polan-shek will be chairman of the hospitality hos-pitality committee. Each month Mrs. Jerry Wood, president, will appoint a chairman to head the refreshment committee commit-tee for the following meeting. Mrs. Glenn D.
