MILNE TO BE QUEEN OF OLD FOLKS Mrs. Anne C. Milne, age 103, will be crowned queen of Old Folks Day Wednesday, June 25, when 5000 over 70 years of age will be guests at Liberty park at the 77th annual outing, according to Elder LeGrand Richards of the Council of the Twelve of the LDS church who is also chairman of the Old Folks Central committee. Mrs. Milne, who was born where the monument in Sugar House now stands, is the oldest person in Utah, and never misses thfs event.
