Show LEGAL ACTION FENDS MEET OF CC LAWYERS Legal action against four downtown down-town Salt Lake stores hinges on a meeting of the Sugar House chamber of commerce directors and law counsellors this week. Spokesmen for the chamber said some form of legal action might be taken against the four who used "Sugar Days" in their advertising, ad-vertising, coincident with the timing tim-ing of the opening of Sugar Days in Sugar House last and this week. Encroachment on the promotional promo-tional value developed by Sugar House on Sugar Days by use of the term, it was felt, gave the downtown stores an unfair advantage advan-tage on the advertisement, publicity pub-licity and general build-up of the program. |
