Show Light Fingered THIEVES BREAK, STEAL MONEY, OTHER PLUNDER Light fingered holiday thieves broke into several offices, of-fices, stores and an automobile automo-bile in Sugar House this week, police reported, and took considerable con-siderable cash and stuff hidden hid-den away in various places. Christiansen F u r n 1 ture's Dave Shurtliff said someone broke into the store via a rear second story window, and stole a letter opening knife. Sugar House Dental Laboratory Labo-ratory was plundered of $18 to 520, W. E. (Bill) Jarobsen reported. A dentist on the second floor of the same building as Christiansen's Chris-tiansen's and the dental laboratory, lab-oratory, reported $30 taken from his cash box. Richard Garrick, 2751 East 70th outh, parked his automobile auto-mobile in the Mclntyre block lot, returned to find it had been plundered of an Italian Perretta machine gun type weapon, a carton of cigarets and other stuff. Morrison Meat Pie said someone entered the rear of the popular cafe, stole a frozen 26 pound turkey that had been set out to thaw from the deep freeze. |
