Show ALBERTSONIS OPENS IN HOLLADAY Albertson's Food Center, huge western store chain, opened its first unit in Utah this week, the initial linke being forged in Holladay. Hol-laday. A second unit will be opened on South State street during June, and its largest, most super- market mar-ket enterprise will formally open in August in the new Curtis-Papo-nikolas enterprise on Highland Drive in Sugar House. Joe Albertson, Boise and Spokane, Spo-kane, heads the mighty food store chain which is branching from Idaho and the northwest into Utah. A spokesman for the group declared. de-clared. "We're here to stay and live and develop over a long range period. We visualize not one, or two or three stores, but possibly as many as 16 or 18."
