Show however when we end our way homeward in a traffic jam as so many of Utah's nimrods stand in line at the liquor despensory and automobilies jam both directions on Highland Drive, as they buy their liquor to enjoy a hunting jaunt needless of what they may be doing to innocent people. Deer hunting is a sport that should be enjoyed by all and when a person goes into the hills in search of deer they should have the knowledge that they have the protection and security that other I hunters ar conducting themselves in a sane manner. It will always be a true axium that High Test Liquor High Powered Pow-ered Rifles, High Powered Cars and High Mountains should never be in use together. And of course we must in all fairness point out there are the true sportmen who go to the hills in soberness and exert every safety measure for themselves and their fellowman. It is hoped they will carry the ball in perpetuating this great sport. Editorial It seems that on very special occasions oc-casions there are two words which become synonompyous . . . for in-stane in-stane now ... Deer Hunting and Liquor. It is certainly no credit to the intelligence of man when he incorporates liquor with high powered pow-ered rifles of every kind. Many people may wonder why there is so many hunting accidents. .. most of them so infintile and needless. It is, we admit, hard and almost an impossibilitiy to place the degree de-gree of blame on alcohol as in many cases it is indirectly connected con-nected with accidents and therefore there-fore there is a question of the blame but there has never been any evidence that drinking alcohol and handling firearms has ever been termed a safety measure.
