Show EGYPT SCHOLAR STUDIES LD.S. UQLOFiSE Wilson Bishai, Cairo, Egypt, spoke to the Seventh Day Ad-ventists Ad-ventists youth Saturday afternoon. He talked on the development of the present day alphabet from the Egyptian heiroglyphics. Bishai is an archeological student in the Seventh Day Adventist Seminary, Sem-inary, Takoma Park, Washington, D. C, and is enroute to the world-conference world-conference of Adventists in San Francisco. Bishai reported a mission had been established in Saudi Arabia, the first time the country to be opened to Christianity. He expressed interest in the local scenery and his tour of the LDS Temple block. As an archeology student he was interested in examining ex-amining the hieroglyphics found in the Pearl of Great Price, and secured se-cured a copy to take back with him. |
