JOSEPH and JANE DOE JOSEPH, his wife, together with all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate or interest in or lien upon the real propery described in the pleadings adverse to the complaint's com-plaint's ownership or clouding his title thereto, together with the unknown heirs, creditors, devisees, de-visees, and legatees, if any, of the above named defendants, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: DEFEND-ANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Charles R. Bradford, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 404 South West Temple, Salt LakerCity, Utah, an answer to the complaint on file herein, within twenty (20) days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint, a copy of which is hereto here-to annexed and herewith served upon you. This action is to quiet title to that certain parcel of real property situated in Salt Lake County, State of Utah, and pareicularly described as follows: All of Lot 17, Block 22, Plat "J", Salt Lake City Survey, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
