Kurtz of Grand Junction, president of the Independent Lumber Co.; Merrill E. Shoup of Colorado Springs, president pres-ident of the Golden Cycle corporation, corpor-ation, and Ralph J. Wann of Canon City, president of the Royal -Gorge Bridge and Railway Co. All six directors will serve for a period of three years.
