They note that every sportsman should familiarize himself with the new rules and regulations of the 1953 angling proclamation before going afield. Who must have a license to angle? an-gle? All non-residents and residents 12 years of age or older must have a license to angle for any kind of fish. Are the 1953 licenses available? Not until about May 15.
