Show STORM BLAMED FOR TWO ACCIDENTS Two Sugar House residents were injured in storm accidents this week, police records indicated. Mrs. Eva Gardemann, 55, of 1547 Yale avenue, was struck down by an automobile driven by her husband, hus-band, Earle F. Gardemann, as he attempted to back forcefully through his snow filled driveway. Mrs. Gardemann, police said, had been shoveling a path when her husband "gave it the gas" and crashed into her. M(-s. Gardemann suffered a broken brok-en left leg below the, knee. Gladys Snyder, 53, 654 East 21st South, fell on an icy stoop and fractured frac-tured her left wrist. Patrolmen George Anderson and Dallas Adams investigated both cases and gave first aid. |
