Show Prominent Matron Called by Death Mrs. Fannie Woolley Parkinson, Parkin-son, 82, 2382 S. 9th E., last surviving sur-viving daughter of Edwin Dil-worth Dil-worth and Mary Ann Olpin WooIIev, ' died in a Salt Lake i hospital Monday following a brief illness. She was born Feb. 2, 1864, on the present site of the Belvedere apartments and educated in pioneer pi-oneer schools and at the University Uni-versity of Deseret. She did practical nursing among the members of her family. An active ac-tive member of the L. D. S. church she served a mission in Colorado in 1901. Mrs. Parkinson married George C. Parkinson in 1902 and made her home in Forest Dale. She is survived by one son, Preston jWoolley Parkinson; three grandchildren and several neices and nephews. |
