Show Prominent Southeast Couple Weds Sunday Climaxing a story-book romance, ro-mance, Sunday at 3 p.m. was the wedding of Margaret Hanck Wixom to David M. Halliday at the home of a son, Blaine J. Wixom. Charles H. Sorensen performed the very beautiful ceremony. The lovely bride wore a fitted floor-length gown with a corsage cor-sage of rose and gardenias. She was attended by her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Douglas Wixom. Douglas Wixom was best man. The new Mrs. Halliday is a very active member of Bryan Ward and Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Pi-oneers. Sunday was the bride's birthday and a family party honored the couple. Monday they were guest of honor at the Friendly Club, a dancing group to which they both belong. |
